Rose Washbourn
Rose took on the role of House & Garden digital writer in 2025 having previously worked as a sub-editor for the print magazine, and for fellow Condé Nast titles Tatler and Vanity Fair. She also oversees the H&G books pages, commissioning and writing reviews and getting a sneak peek at many beautiful design publications. Having read Theology and Religious Studies at the University of Cambridge and Christianity and the Arts at King's College London (an MA in association with the National Gallery), Rose has long been interested in the effect that beautiful surroundings and objects have on our lives, and always enjoys seeing this reflected on the website and in the magazine.
